My moving circumstances were both complicated and my window was small. Jack set aside multiple days to help me find the perfect home. We made several changes to our plan during my travel. As we viewed homes, Jack quickly learned my preferences and helped me re prioritize our home visits. We found the perfect home in a neighborhood that wasn't on my list, but one he suggested as a detour. In fact, we found a community to build a new home that ended up being cheaper, more modern, and more beautiful than any similarly sized home in neighboring communities. Jack made time to help us with our home design selections where he provided insights on what options would most likely increase future resale value of the home.
